Your rights as a data subject
You have the right to information about the processing of your personal data (for example, the origin of this data, the purpose of processing, and the modalities of data processing). Furthermore, under certain conditions, you are entitled to object to the future processing of your data, as well as the right to restrict the use or the deletion of said data. Finally, you may at any time stop the sending of advertising material or the execution of market research or commercial communications.

  • Object to the processing of your personal data
  • Complaint to supervisory authorities

You also have the right, at any time, to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you object, we will no longer process your data for these purposes.

According to Art. 7 III of the GDPR, you may revoke your consent at any time. After revocation, we will stop processing your data unless another legal basis applies.

Please note that your right to deletion may be restricted in some circumstances (e.g. data retention laws or for asserting legal claims).

I. Visiting our website

We only process personal data you submit via our website’s contact forms. Processing occurs with your explicit consent or where permitted by law.

    Transfers to non-EU licence partners are made only with your consent.

III. Referrals within 7 Estates

If we collaborate with another 7 Estates licence partner, your personal data will only be transferred with your prior consent. Both licence partners are independently responsible for their processing.

IV. Job applications

  1. What data we process:
    Name, contact info, CV, cover letter, and other data necessary to evaluate your application.
  2. Purpose and legal basis:
  • Assessing your application (Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR)
  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., AGG)
  • Communication about future openings with your consent
  1. Data disclosure:
    Only shared as necessary — internally, or with service providers or authorities if legally required.

V. Data storage and deletion

Your data will be stored as long as necessary to fulfil the processing purpose, including statutory retention. If your application is unsuccessful, we delete your data after six months unless consent for further storage has been given.
